Founder
At Centre Pointe Consulting Group, Jeff Wellens brings 40 years of leadership experience spanning Fortune 500 enterprises and growth-stage companies. Over two decades in publicly traded organizations — including leadership roles with NCR, GE Capital, Humana, Taylor Communications (Formerly Reynolds & Reynolds) and Harte-Hanks, — he developed deep expertise in financial strategy, operational transformation, and leading complex business organizations.
For the past 17 years, Jeff has focused exclusively on advising small-to-middle market businesses through CPC, the advisory firm he founded to help entrepreneurial companies scale with financial discipline and operational excellence. He partners with founders and leadership teams of organizations typically ranging from $3M to $200M in revenue, helping them strengthen financial infrastructure, improve operational performance, and execute growth initiatives that build long-term enterprise value.
His experience spans healthcare, marketing services, technology, supply chain, and financial services — allowing him to quickly understand complex business environments and translate strategy into practical execution.
Throughout his career Jeff has been known for bridging finance, operations, and strategic leadership to help organizations navigate growth, transformation, and operational challenges. Through his advisory work he has helped companies generate more than $100 million in shareholder value while building stronger and more scalable businesses.
Beyond his professional work, Jeff is committed to supporting the local community through board service and mentorship with organizations including Adopt A Class Foundation and Crayons to Classrooms, where he has spent many years helping connect business leaders with opportunities to support youth and education.
